In a village somewhere in Algeria, proud and vain Mounir wishes to get a fair picture of himself. Yet everyone makes fun of his sister, Rym, who falls asleep at anytime. One night, drunk, he announces that a rich businessman proposed his sister. He soon becomes the center of desire and jealousy. Blind with his lie, Mounir, without knowing it will change the destiny of his family.
