MICHOU D’AUBER


Synopsis:

Messaoud is a nine year old child who lives in the Suburbs of Paris. His mother is ill and his father is forced to give him to foster parents. We are in 1960, during the troubled times of the ‘Algerian Events’. Gisèle, the foster mother is decides to hide Messaoud’s real identity to her fellow villagers and to her husband Georges, an ex-military. Messaoud becomes Michel, Michou. When Gisèle’s lie is revealed things start taking a nasty turn.
