born in Naples, is an Italian actress working in TV, cinema and theatre. She has appeared in several TV projects including "Un caso di coscienza 4" (2009), "Intelligence" (Canale 5, 2009), "Due imbroglioni e mezzo" (Canale 5, 2009), "Assunta Spina" (Rai 1, 2007), "Il capo dei capi" (Canale 5, 2007), "Orgoglio" (Rai 1, 04-05-06), "Un difetto di famiglia" (Rai 1, 2001), "I tre operai" (regia di Citto Maselli, Rai 1, 1978) amongst others. Piro made her acting debut in the movie "Il bestione", produced by Carlo Ponti, co-starring Giancarlo Giannini and Michael Costantine. She then worked on several films, including "La mazzetta" co-starring Manfredi and Tognazzi, and "Fontamara" by Carlo Lizzani. Among her recent roles "Il posto dell’anima" in which she co-starred whith Michele Placido, Silvio Orlando and others. From 1981 to 1984, she was directed in theatre by Eduardo de Filippo making a successful transition from drama to comedy.

ايما بيرو من مواليد نابولى ايطاليا ، هى ممثلة تليفزيون و سينما و مسرح . ظهرت فى عدة اعمال تليفزيونية منها "حالة من الضمير " 2009 و "ذكاء" 2009 و " نصابين و نصف " 2009 و "اسونتا سبينا" 2007 و "فخر " 2006 و "بدون اسرة" 2001 و "العمال الثلاثة" 1978 . ظهرت لاول مرة في فيلم " الوحش" من انتاج كارلو بونتي و شاركها البطولة جيانكارلو جيانني و مايكل كوستنتين ، عملت بعد ذلك فى عدة افلام مثل فيلم " فونتامارا" للمخرج كارلو ليزاني و من احدث اعمالها من "المكان" الذى تقاسمت البطولة مع الممثل ميشيل بلاسيدو و الممثل سيلفيو اورلاندو . و من عام 1981 حتى 1984 اشتركت في مسرحيات من اخراج ادواردو دي فيليبو ، و كانت اعمالا متنوعة ما بين الكوميديا و الدراما.
